Dear Member Friends,

I hope this letter finds you all in good spirits and cheer. In this month, we have Gandhi Jayanthi and, on the same day, Lal Bahadur Sastryji was also born. Two legends took birth on the same day. Mahathma Gandhiji led the Indian independence movement as a spiritual movement governed by the values of non-violence, patience, individual discipline, and non-cooperation. “Say no to violence” says the world on this day.  UN General Assembly declared this day as the International Day of Non Violence. Here I quote Mahathma, “Non-violence is the greatest force at the disposal of mankind. It is mightier than the mightiest weapon of destruction devised by the ingenuity of man”.  All these principles are inherited from our spirituality. Prime Minister Sastryji exemplified the nation’s pride and confidence. Many countries shed blood in their pursuit of the freedom of their country. But ours is something unique. The world always looks at India for spiritual guidance. In India, the belt of Ganges, Himalayas, Naimisaranyam, Vindhya mountains, Kanya kumari rock memorial, and many places are well known for spirituality. We can say every cell of this land is holy and is ingrained with spirituality. We must be proud to be born in this great land.

Life is an integration of sorrow, joy, comfort, difficulties, and many emotions. If the mind is in depression and life is in trouble, what can we do? Always people see spirituality as something different and, it does not apply to day-to-day life. Is that true? No, not!

A human is an integration of spirit, mind, and body. The incarnated soul lives with the help of a physical. Hence a living physical always has mind and soul and, spirituality is not a different thing, but it is part of day-to-day physical life.

How to apply spirituality into physical life?

Many think spirituality is education for old age and the last days. Frankly, who knows the endpoint of a life? None knows. Life is a mystery. No one knows from where it comes and goes and when it blooms and secedes. Spirituality is to realize the divinity within this physical and to lead a blissful life by staying in alignment with the Origin. When we live in communion with God, we have peace of mind and a clear-thinking pattern that helps us lead a trouble-free life. If we are in trouble, we can apply the power of our philosophical knowledge and can end that

trouble. Every disease or problem is an energy form but in a negative way. Sath Guru Sri Sha garu says to transform that malignant energy into a positive vibe through sadhana. Then, that disease transforms into health. The problem-causing energy pattern can be transformed into problem-solving energy, throwing the problem into an abyss. Spirituality is proven science but is invisible to physical eyes. We can say that when the limitation of physical sciences ends, then spirituality starts. It is not magic. Through practice, we understand the underlying truth, and ultimately life comes into our hands. We can dictate our life. Spirituality helps us to solve physical and mental problems. It is like a rowing stick that always helps the lifeboat travel from beginning to destination. Then why can’t we embrace spirituality in our daily life from our childhood? Certainly! We must learn spirituality from a young age to lead a blissful life.

So, dear friends, let us apply spiritual philosophy to life’s invincible challenges and come out with flying colors.

Thanking you
