Dear Member Friends,

We from the desk of Sri Viswa Viznana Vidya Adhyathmika Peetham wish you all a Happy Datta Jayanthi!

Pithapuram is a holy place where we have the Datta Peetham. Lord Sripada Sri Vallabha, an incarnation of Dattatreya, was born here, and this place is popularly known as Dakshina Kasi and Pada Gaya. Here, in this sacred location, stands the modern Temple of Humanity, part of our Sri Viswa Viznana Vidya Adhyathmika Peetham, and this Peetham preaches that humanity is divinity.

To be more humane is to lead a spiritual life, and the essence of spirituality is demonstrated in our behaviour, which includes compassion, love, purity, service, patience, contentment, and the capacity to respond beyond mere emotions—the results of illusion and the six vices.

One day, King Yadu observed Lord Dattatreya joyfully roaming in a forest. Curiously, he questioned Datta Prabhu, “How can you be happy alone and without any relationships?”

The Lord replied, “My bliss and contentment come from self-realization. I have twenty-four Gurus, and from them, I learned to uncover my illusion-bound self and discover my true self, which is the inner dwelling God. Sankara Bhagavatpadalu said, ‘Aham Brahmasmi’ (I am the God).”

The Master always advises, “Just relax, look within yourself, and know your true self, the divine.” Guruji explains that a mother’s womb is a temple where the fetus grows in communion with God. However, as soon as the baby is born, the illusion of time engulfs them, drawing the newborn into the game of destiny.

This planet Earth serves as a place of aspiration for many sadhakas, but it is also governed by illusion and six vices. How can you ensure that this journey through life is safe and blissful?

Guruji answers this thought-provoking question. Humanity is called to practice Thrayee Sadhana, which consists of three parts. Manthra Sadhana, Jnana sadhana, and Dhyana Sadhana

Manthra Sadhana: This is to have any mantra and practice regularly without fail, and the practice will help cleanse all cells, burn all negativities and fill them with purity, love and divinity. This Manthra Sadhana helps to handle the material life (physical level) of a sadhaka.

Jnana Sadhana: In this sadhana, daily, a sadhaka has to study philosophical or spiritual books, and this sadhana helps to calm and elevate the mind to an illusion-free balanced state. The knowledge is stored at a sub-conscious level and will help direct the right decision at appropriate and needy times. This sadhana handles the mental plane.

Dhyana Sadhana: This meditation helps burn the karmic stacks and keeps the practitioner in alignment with God. It also helps an individual’s spiritual plane.

So dear Member Friends, the kind Guru revealed the path of success and showered flowers on the path of practice, and we have to be more sincere in our practices and pursue the task of spreading spirituality in a world that is filled with hate, violence, confusion and fill the world with the waves of love, light, health, happiness, peace and prosperity.

Thanking you

Yours spiritually
