Newsletter – Dec 2023
Dear Member Friends,
I hope this letter finds you all in good spirits and cheer.
Now, we entered the last month of this year, and you might be planning for a year-end celebration and New Year resolutions to follow.
It is the best time to spend in isolation, dive deep into our minds, and ponder what we have done, the results of the events, and the repercussions. Then, we can think about flying relations and hard-earned careers, the mistakes, and the problems we encountered. After all this, we can assess our current state and our next plan to better our lives. The human-designed calendar to mark time, and the time will never look back for the human, and it ticks on. Day in and day out, events happen, and some we care, some we least bother, but the truth is that events and time move like the Sun appears in the day and disappears at night. Everything passes, and nothing is permanent. We presume that we are driving all happenings, but as we grow, we realize that we are spectators to the flow of events. Is there any method to take charge of our life? Yes. We have one proven sadhana to become Master of our own life, and it is Thrayee Sadhana expounded by Sath Guru Dr. Umar Alisha.
Let us discuss about Thrayee Sadhana.
Thrayee sadhana consists of three sadhanas viz., Manthra Sadhana, Jnana Sadhana and Dhyana Sadhana.
Manthra Sadhana:
We must chant Maha Manthra regularly with devotion and faith at a specific time. This practice charges every cell with Manthra frequency and vibration so that the body electrifies with divinity, and we always attract positivity in life.
Jnana Sadhana:
In Jnana Sadhana, we have to read books of spiritual philosophy. These books have sublime Highest Vibration energies jam-packed in the form of words. This knowledge registers in the subconscious mind, and by the grace of Sath Guru, this stored knowledge auto-guides us at times of need. Thus, we get help from the subconscious when we face a problem or trouble.
Dhyana Sadhana:
A human being is an integration of body, mind, and soul. When these three align, the practitioner lives with a Jeevan Muktha state (A state of liberation within this physical). In that state, the physical is always in communion with God. The soul gets divine energies continuously as food and works in coordination with the mind and body. In physical, mental, and spirit states, the being is always happy, peaceful, contended, and behaves compassionately. Then they are like a perfect human being.
So, dear member friends, let us do Sadhana and propagate this Sadhana to all and help the ignorant masses to live with eternal bliss. The cardinal point is that there is no need to alter the religion they follow or the caste they belong for this practice. This sadhana is a universal practice, and all can practice and lead a bliss-filled life.
Thanking you
Till next News Letter!!!
Yours spiritually
