Karthika Pournami was celebrated at Sri Viswa Viznana Vidya Adhyatmika Peetham ,
Old Ashram Pithampuram on 02-1-09. Dr Umar Alisha toured nearly 36 places all over
Andhra Pradesh during this pious month and had deliverd his message.
Songs of the Peetham and UARDT were recited under the superviosion of Music Director
Sri Yedida Subrahmanyam.
On this occasion kids delivered their speech on the importance of Kaartikapounima.
Dr Umar Alisha has distributed blankets, dhotis , sarees to poor women , on behalf
of Umar Alisha Rural Development Trust. Free Swine Flu Preventive Homoeo Medicine Distribution was also distributed to nearly 7000 people . Milk was also distributed
to Children below 5 years on this occasion
